Catarina Dubyk-Cassidy is a sculptor based in Atlanta, Georgia. Her work is rooted in the study of memory and how it takes shape through material and form. She views memory as something tangible, something that can be built, altered, and held within objects. Through her sculptures, she explores how time changes what we remember and how meaning can persist even as details fade.

Working intuitively with materials, Catarina treats process as an act of remembering. Layering, joining, and repairing become ways to mirror how memory forms, accumulating marks, cracks, and traces that hold emotion and history. Her practice reflects a quiet search for connection and continuity, finding presence in what remains.
